Greater Boston

Inquiry handling and guest systems for Boston restaurants, hotels and venues.

The room is rarely the problem. The stretch between the inquiry and the room is.

Auctus Apex is a software firm that builds the systems between a house's phone, inbox, booking tools and floor, so a private-dining inquiry at nine on a Saturday gets a complete answer, and the allergy mentioned on the phone is known in the kitchen before the guest sits down. We are taking on work across Greater Boston, hospitality first.

What it covers

Inbound

Built so every call, email, form and message is caught, logged and given a complete first reply in the house's voice.

Follow-through

The deposit, the confirmation, the note to the chef, without anyone having to remember.

Custom systems

The piece no product sells, built for the way the house actually runs.

On the standard of work we accept

We look after Palazzo Giustiniani in Salento, a seventeenth-century house where the guest never feels the machinery behind the stone. We're rebuilding its digital presence and the systems underneath.

What it connects to

It connects to what the house already runs: the reservation book, the events platform, the point of sale, the shared inbox. Nothing is replaced unless it has to be.

Recent work

Bar Torino, a restaurant in Easton, Pennsylvania. We built its website and the system behind its phone. Guest calls, 21 August to 28 September 2026: 132 calls from 102 callers, 23 tables booked during the call, 4 private-dining inquiries taken.

Questions

What operators ask first.

How quickly should a Boston restaurant answer a private-dining inquiry?

Within the hour, and completely: the room, the menu, the minimum, the open dates. A guest planning a dinner has usually written to more than one room, and the first complete answer tends to set the evening.

Do you replace the reservation or events platform?

No. We connect to it, so inquiries, deposits and guest notes move between the tools and the floor without anyone retyping them.

Who writes the replies?

Our software writes them from the house's own menus, minimums and policies, under rules the events team sets, and sends them in the house's name. Nothing commits a date or a price the house has not allowed, and the team sees every reply with its timestamp.

What does an engagement look like?

It starts narrow: one room, one kind of inquiry, live within three weeks. It widens only if the first part works, and ends cleanly if it does not.

Where is Auctus Apex based?

Auctus Apex LLC is a Wyoming company. We meet Boston clients at their venue and do most of the build remotely. Our recent work is in Pennsylvania and in Italy, where we look after Palazzo Giustiniani. We do not have a Boston office yet.

Do you work outside the city?

Yes: Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, the North Shore and across New England, and further afield when the house is right, as with Bar Torino in Pennsylvania.

Can we see other work?

Palazzo Giustiniani and Bar Torino are named on this site. For anything further, ask and we will arrange a reference call.

If there's a specific part of your house you're thinking about, that's the conversation.
